Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via approved methods including credit card, bank transfer, or other secure online gateways. Full payment is required prior to access to any course materials or live sessions. Invoices are issued upon registration and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet commenced. No refunds will be provided for digital course content once accessed or downloaded, or after live sessions have begun. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, supported by documentation.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date may qualify for a full refund minus an administrative fee. No refunds apply for cancellations within 7 days of the start date.
